Shipping policy

First-batch availability

We are gathering interest in Nido’s first batch before confirming production. Joining the interest list is not an order or a reservation. No payment is taken.

Once production starts, our current estimate is around two months for production and sea freight to Nido. Delivery from Nido to you takes additional time. This is not a delivery promise from the date you join the list.

We will confirm destinations, shipping costs and estimated customer delivery windows before orders open. We will share updates with first-batch subscribers when the schedule is confirmed or changes.

When orders open

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply outside our shipping origin country.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@nidoandyou.com with your order number.
